Intensive Training is tomorrow!!! So everyone please be mentally prepare for tomrrow's torture. Tomorrow morning training coach will not be around but training will still goes on. We will be doing --- run 6 rounds outside the school in 30mins, 150 shots at the baseline, 80 shots at the elbow, 30 shots of three-points, 200 shots of fastbreak( do with the boys) and the last is 100 shots of free throw.
Plaese bring extra clothes or jerseys for the afternoon training and you can bath before the afternoon training starts.
